Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
Teams and tournaments
Team managers and tournament staff control their own rosters, events, entry fees and payouts. Golf Genie provides the tools; the organizer is responsible for running the event fairly and honoring what they promise.
Payments, fees and refunds
Entry fees, donations and store purchases are collected through our payment processor. A service and processing fee may be added at checkout and is shown before you pay. Refunds for an event are set by the organizer of that event. Fees already paid to the processor are non-refundable.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, scores and posts you upload. You grant Golf Genie permission to display and distribute them inside the platform and in club feeds. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Conduct
No harassment, hate, cheating, fake scores, spam or illegal activity. Moderators may remove content and remove members.
AI hosts
Our AI hosts give suggestions, listings and summaries that may be incomplete or wrong. Verify anything important — especially tee times, entry deadlines and payouts — before you rely on it.
Third-party services
GroupMe, calendars and outside tournament listings belong to their owners and have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Golf Genie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
